CA always works diligently to deliver quality software to our customers. During a given instance of our testing, we found an issue with the recently released NFA 9.3.7, so it has been temporarily disabled for download until the issue is fixed. The issue has been given our  highest priority and we want to assure you of our best efforts to resolve the issue in a timely fashion. Until CA informs you of our resolution of the issue,  we request that you defer your plans to upgrade to NFA 9.3.7. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

If you have already upgraded and are having any issues please contact support and we will gladly work to assist you.

Within the new support center, it appears that only 9.3.0 is available for download.

I see what you mean, the first screen on the download page only shows NFA 9.3, but if you click that and go to the next page, it will allow you to select Realease, 9.1, 9.2, or 9.3, and for 9.3 it allows you to select up to SP6 which would be 9.3.6.

Thanks Chris. Side note, creating a download bundle by adding products to the cart took over 12 hours. Any word on the 9.3.7 re-release?

9.3.7 is still being worked on, I don't have an ETA on when it will be re-released but an announcement will be posted here.

I see now a download for 937. Files seem to be the same as the ones that were available before. They share the same MD5 signature. Has the issue been fixed? 

This may be in error, we have NOT officially re-released NFA 9.3.7.

I am not seeing this when I search for Network flow analysis, where exactly are you seeing 9.3.7 posted and what was the exact search term you used to find it?

Try changing the download method to FTP or HTTP via browser.  

Anything new? There are nearly 2 weeks gone since the first release of the new version. At this time I cant find any download regarding NFA anymore.

One of the support guys mentioned 9.3.8 coming soon. But I have no further details.

Correct, 9.3.8 will be the next release, there will be no 9.3.7, this will make it easier for any customers who downloaded the original 9.3.7 to upgrade to 9.3.8. 

Currently 9.3.8 is being beta tested in some customer environments and the team is working on a few final changes, but its looking like it is close to being ready.

If you are interested in beta testing NFA 9.3.8, we should be able to assist with getting you that information.

For me it isn't  Just the administrator of our "Site ID" sees downloads for NFA, no other user ...

We allready talked to our Customer Experience Manager.

Your account team should be able to get you access to NFA downloads that are still available.  If not try calling customer care at 800-CALL-CAI.  The entitlements on your account may need to be corrected. 

I allready created a ticket for that case. It is an internal CA problem with our site ids (we have several). I hope it will be fixed soon ...
