We have CA Identity manager up and running and is working fine. we found an issue that for one of the global user one of the end point is not displaying in IM. Verified the provisioning directory to see if the account exists in Endpoint and able to find the account. Tried to correlate the account to user but it is not linking to the global user nor to [default user]. Getting the status as unchaned due to which the account is not linked to any user. Is there any way to link the account to the global user account manually so that in IM the account is visible for the user.
ex: User 'ABC' exists in IM who has AD provisioning role as well. User 'ABC' account exists in AD and is visible in provisioning directory but when we search for user end points the AD end point is not visible. Tried to correlate manually by running the eTExploreCorrelateUsers against provisioning directory which returned status as unchanged. Is there any way to link the account to the user manually so that the endpoint is visible for the user.
