CA Service Management

  • 1.  No LDAP entries found

    Hi,

     

    When we try to search for the LDAP entries in CA service desk we got the message "No LDAP entries found"

    Actually it was listing the LDAP entries earlier. After restarting the AD server this problem is coming.

    Due to this we have to create new contacts manually.

    Could you please suggest how to fix this. Thanks.

    Does a 'pdm_ldap_test' work successfully?

     

    If the issue started after restarting the AD server, perhaps SDM lost connection to the AD server.  Are you able to restart the SDM service?

     

    In addition, please check if you can connect to AD using a AD Administration tool (like JXPLORER) using the same settings you have defined for AD in SDM Options Manager.
