PIM installations on SUSE s390x were not affected by Meltdown. If you currently have a working installation, no further action needs to be done.
If you are looking to install PIM on SUSE 11 SP4 s390x, RO99373 is the newest PIM build for that version. Below is the link to download it.

Correct, that installer is for RPM-based installations. If you use install_base to install PIM endpoints, you want RO99369, which you can download from the link below.
