  • 1.  How do I change my logon e-mail

    I need to change my logon e-mail from gary.ruesch@sungard.com to gary.ruesch@figlobal.com

    The new logon should maintain my access to site ids 910042 and 918077.

     

    I tried following the steps in the FAQ but they did not work.

     

    I also have a account on Nimsoft that uses the same e-mail address can that be changed as well?

    Hi Gary,

     

    Once you have an Enterprise/Partner access, meaning your account is linked to either a Site ID or Partner ID, you have an advanced access to CA Support Online or to the Partner Portal.

     

    For security reasonsit is not possible to update your email address yourself when you have this type of access and this task has to be performed by CA.

     

    Said that, I will raise a case on your behalf to have your account correctly updated with your new email address by a Customer Care Representative who will reach out to you directly.
