    Hi,

In CA Service Catalog r14.1 is it possible to search a request by Service Desk's Related Ticket? I tried Advanced Search and Docops without success.

    Thank you in advance.

    Kind regards,

    Pedro

    Good Morning Pedro.

First, please check on the somewhat 'formal statement' below.

What you want to accomplish then, as this now appears, is more than desinged in the software sofar.
And in general, for situations like this, where a user asks for a change of behaviour of the current release of the product, I can propose to add an Idea in the Communities.
So, as to this case, we then encourage you to open an Idea in the CA Service Catalog Community.
To get your Idea voted for and reviewed by us there after.
For us to see whether it is possible to get this functionality implemented in a future release of the product.

As to check the mdb content for this, then please check on thw below (example) queries:
    select * from usm_link_ticket_request_item where persid='chg:400001' or persid='cr:400001'
    chg:400001 | 19 | 10398 | 10069
    cr:400001 | 22 | 10016 | 10004

    select * from call_req where persid='cr:400001'
    400001 | cr:400001 | 22 | Disk broken | Disk broken

select * from chg where persid='chg:400001'
    400001 | chg:400001 | 19 | Procure Server | SLCM Request Id 10069 Procure Server

Thanks in advance for your efforts on this and kind regards, Louis.
