Seeking access to the CA PPM PMO Accelerator Overview (https://support.ca.com/phpdocs/7/5590/5590_PMOAccOverview_r3_2.pdf), yet I am receiving a message "Access Denied".  How can I gain access?

    The organization I work for has CA PPM (Clarity), and I would like to learn more about the PMO Accelerator add-in.

    I am a registered user, with basic access.  I do not have "support" access permissions.  Is it possible to obtain a copy CA PPM PMO Accelerator Overview (https://support.ca.com/phpdocs/7/5590/5590_PMOAccOverview_r3_2.pdf)?

    Hi Russell,

     

    The reason you receive the "access denied" message is because you are set up as a Basic User. The information you are trying to access is restricted to Enterprise Users.

     

    In order to get enterprise access you would need to upgrade your Basic User account to an Enterprise user account. You will need to know you Customer Site Id to perform this action.

     

    Please let me know if you need assistance on finding your Customer Site ID.
