  • 1.  Change default screen on Console startup

    Hi, is it possible to change the default screen when the SOI Console starts up. At the moment it will open on the "Services" tab and I would like it to open on the "Alert Queues" tab. I couldn't see anything in the Preferences and was wondering if it was configurable in a file somewhere.

     

    If this is achievable then any guidance would be much appreciated.

    Hi Chris,

    yes, you can configure the order of Tabs on opening the console.

    and especially in the custom-menu-config.xml file.

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for your answer. I had already seen this documentation, but being a newbie I had hoped for some examples to help me along.

    Things are a bit manic here at the moment, but I will take a closer look when I get some time.
