Automic Continuous Delivery Automation

Hi,
I logged into Automic Web Interface, but couldn't find "Release Automation" button.

I can see these, Administration, Process Assembly, Process Monitoring, Service Catalog.

Why Release Automation tab is missing, how to add it?

If you have had the Release Automation tab previously in this environment the missing Release Automation tab happens when the ARA instance (IIS Server) cannot connect to the Automation Engine (Via AWI) or vice versa. I would start by looking at the AWI logs in the Tomcat install as well as the ARA logs in the IIS install. You can always cycle the app pool in IIS to get a fresh entry in the logs.

The Release Automation tab itself is using the Bond plugin in the autoinstall folder of the Tomcat AWI install. If that is there you will see some bond configuration folders in the Tomcat AWI install. The perspectives that you mentioned in your post all come default with the AWI war file.

If you do not see any Bond plugin this can be downloaded for the correct version off of downloads.automic.com

I had a similar issue this week. After an update the Tab was gone.
Reason for that was that the protocols were different.
- AWI used HTTPS
- Release Automation used HTTP.
The IIS had to be configured to use  HTTPS.
