I didn't see any other windows 10 posts here, perhaps it's not quite supported yet. I was curious if anyone had seen issues like this? This is an end user so I don't have a chance to play around with resolution and settings but has anyone seen this before or have a solution? Thanks for looking.

This might be related to the AE fatclient & high resolution desktops (high dpi) like Surface Book discussion.  I have similiar issues with V11 on Windows 7 Professional.

    Thanks Mark,
It seems even moving this to font size setting to Small, we are still having issues. I will open a ticket up and see if there is anything else we can do.

I use V9SP12 AE and UI with WIN 10 and MSSQL2014 as test DEV and did not see any issues with it.

BenCroffut603954 regarding your question for UI there are all WIN OSes supported as long as you fulfill the preconditions: use a supportet ORA JAVA

No, I believe this just a Dell Windows 10 that IT is now shipping. Btw, the changing of the font size still doesn't completely fix the issue. Have escalated to support and will report back if/when we figure out a solution.

    Thanks for the tips!

Hmm, I have same idea as Josef, since based on my past experience, I've seen the same issue before when Customer use big resolution, have you tried to change the screen solution to see if there any difference ?

I'm gonna try this this evening. In my understanding this would be a workaround. There are some high-dpi reports all over the internet. i.E.https://www.reddit.com/r/Surface/comments/48n0ll/fix_for_scaling_issues_once_and_for_all/

The above trick however, does not solve the issue for the AE client (at least for me).

Do you have the same issues with the AWI (Automic WebInterface)?

V12 / AWI is downloadable since when yesterday ;-)? As I'm not a partner with an own instance and my company is not that agile, I unfortunately won't be able to test if you can't provide me a link & login credentials.

You can order your Credentials for Support portal and Download center yourself without interaction of your company - following this link:

..as long as your company has a valid License contract....

Are you using this on your Laptop ? I think in this case, it should be a good idea if you open a ticket and we can offer an webex meeting to review it.

Sorry about the necro, but did you ever get this resolved? We're seeing the same problem with v11 on Windows 10 laptops.

Bad news, Automic Development has deemed this a Microsoft issue. There was no fix for us. We are going to try and avoid PC's with 4k drivers for now.

For what it's worth, a while ago I tested the AE client (V10) on Windows 10 and didn't see this issue. I was using a desktop in 1920*1080 and Windows 10 through some sort of VMWare client.
