    It is possible with the Console to execute queries to retrieve information. This information can be displayed in a window or exported as a

    1 - Open the Console

    2 - In the toolbar menu, click on File and select the "Request on Monitored Objects ..."

    3 - Select the Monitored Object (You can query one or several agents):


    Click on pcfs235isway.png to choose Monitored Object

    Get Agent Configuration Item


    Once you have selected the Monitored Object, (you can also select multiple MOs), choose Get Agent Configuration Item in the Request Catalog list and and select the items that you want to collect:

    Once the elements chosen, execute the query:

    Get Agent Version


    Once the Monitored Object has been selected, (you can also select multiple MOs), choose the Get Agent Version query and select the items that you wish collect:

    Restart Agent

    Once the Monitored Object has been selected (you can also select multiple MOs), select Restart Agent and choose the component (Collector or Script Monitor) :

    Stop Agent 

    Once the Monitored Object has been selected (you can also select multiple MOs), select Stop Agent and choose the component (Collector or Script Monitor) :

    Backup Agent


    Once the Monitored Object has been selected (you can also select multiple MOs), select Backup Agent and choose the component:

    It is possible to save:

    • Local Entities
    • Local Events
    • Log Monitor Parameters

    Once the type of queries has been selected, click OK. In the new window, click on gxo9ininphhp.jpg to choose where to save the configuration of the Monitored Object (s)

    The configuration of the OM is saved as a .sldar file (M.O. Request Command Line Sysload file). Define the name of the file and execute the query.
