    [SAP] Error 'function==null' in '/SBB/UC4_JOB_VERSION_CHECK' call what is the signification of this error?

     

     

     


    This error is related to the Transport Case required for the SAP system.
    Please verify with the SAP administrator to verify that the correct SAP transport cases are loaded.

    Hi Joseph, where exactly does this error appear? Within your SAP jobreport? if so, is there a U-Number (internal Automic Messagenumber (e.g. U2000009) in front of it? If there is, please provide us with the complete errormessage you face.

    If not, i think this topic would exceed the possibilities of community, however i m sure that someone could answer it. I would suggest to hand this issue in as a incident on Automic support (support.automic.com) after solving the issue, we would be happy to post the solution also here if it is not a too individual issue.

    if you decide to hand this to automic support, please ensure to add following details:

    .) the Jobreport
    .) the Agentlog fitting to the time the Job ran
    .) the .xml Export of the job

    It might speed up things if we have these data available at incident creation.
