  • 1.  Notification Recipients - unable to add email address (v.11.2.4)

    Hi

    I 've been trying to create CALL.MAIL.HTML type of object, and adding a list of email addresses to the Recipients tab. However, it seem that it only lets me either add Groups or Users that are set up in Automic, but not the individual email  addresses.

    Every time I enter an email address and hit Save, the email address disappears.

    Automic version:11.2.4

    This started happening after the upgrade from v9 to v11.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    You could try to add recipient / email with the script command:

    :ADD_ATT RECIPIENT

    This may sound silly now, but this has actually been a practical problem in the past:

    The Automic Java client is very fidgety with adding stuff like this. Pressing tab or clicking into another field may remove the text you just typed. Try typing the email address and pressing "enter" instead, that may work.
