Dear Automic.

I have two (rather straightforward) ideas on ideas.automic.com which are still not cleared for voting. One is a month old as of today, and the other already six weeks (posted Nov 17 2017).

Having been referred to the ideas system at various occasions, and with the minor hype the ideas system received as the new central channel for customer interactivity, this is somewhat disappointing: By the time this stuff makes it to voting, the associated community discussions that sparked those ideas will probably long been forgotten.

Can you please let me know if this is as designed, or otherwise ping someone to have a look at the queue of submitted ideas (not just mine, but all that may be in there for some time)?

Hi Carsten,
Apologies for the delay and lack of update.
Most ideas are moderated quickly and accepted if they satisfy the pre-requisites (ie enough detail, not a duplicate, not already implemented in a later release etc).
The two ideas you refer to are not strictly product enhancements and therefore fit into a different category.  
The Automic ideation system has a moderation step so we can maintain the quality of the ideas.
