    What negative repercussions are you experiencing sotlm2?  I doubt we can fix / address your issues here, but I'm sure Automic / UC4 does not want to lose your business.  You should speak to your account rep.

    negative issues so far, apart from the direct interaction with Automic employees/rep, I felt very insignificant CA World.  also, working through complexities with Automic Support had been an enjoyable experience.  Automic has updated software to support customizations in our environment.  Automic had a nice balance between selling products ONLY after understanding our environment.  In our current experience, CA has not been nearly as accommodating.
