Clarity

As an admin I have access to every page in Clarity. I need to know which right will give a user access to the Resource Planning page under Home > Resource Management.

I think its just the page/portlet view rights (which since your admin user probably has "view all" rights so you see it OK that way).

There is an answer in this thread that says such ; How to enabling Resource Planning Dashboard? 

Thanks Dave, I thought that might have been and out of the box page.

Whoever configured this in my organization has made it quite confusing. The menu item is called Resource Planning so I was quite surprised when I checked the group's instance rights and noticed it already had the following:

Page - View: Resource Planning

When configuring the Home menu I was able to find out that the page it links to is actually called Capacity. Adding the following right fixed the issue:

Page - View: Capacity

Yeah to get something to appear on the menu, then whatever the menu is set to link to you need the view right for ; and for a tabbed page the menu is linked to the tab not the page. So your user will need rights to see the page and the tab (and of course all the other tabs and all the portlets on those tabs).
