After June 28, 2018, CA Technologies will continue to make self-service support available for CABI 6.2 until the end of your current maintenance term. General Availability of CA Business Intelligence JasperReports Server 6.4.2 (CABI 6.4.2) We are pleased to announce the availability of CA Business Intelligence JasperReports Server 6.4.2 with CA Service Management 14.1 products (CA Service Desk Manager 14.1, CA Service Catalog 14.1, CA IT Asset Manager – Asset Portfolio Management 14.1). You can download your copy of CABI 6.4.2 from the download pages of CA Service Management 14.1 products at https://support.ca.com. A future announcement will be made upon certification completion. License file update for CA Business Intelligence JasperReports Server 6.2 (CABI 6.2) The license file for your CABI 6.2 deployment will expire in October 2018. It is recommended that you upgrade your CABI 6.2 deployment to the latest supported version, CABI 6.4.2, which includes a replacement license. Alternatively, a replacement license is available for download if you wish to continue using CABI 6.2 after October 2018. You can download the replacement license from CA Service Management Solutions and Patches page.
