CA Configuration Automation

HI,

While installing CCA agent remotely on some servers via CCA, I am getting the following error.

"Remote Agent Install Failed on Server "server name". Connecting to remote service... Couldn't copy service to Failed \\server name\ADMIN$\System32 folder The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process"

Please help me to sort the problem.

In the Access Profile that you have configured please check if the user credentials provided for CCA has proper read-write permissions for files in the \\server name\ADMIN$ share for the target system.
