    What kind of data these table hold in them? 

    offline_step_events

    offline_execution_jobs

    offline_steps

    offline_parameters

    offline_flow_events

    offline_user_events

     

    Is it OK if i delete everything that is there in those tables and still continue with the deployments? Are they helping in any kind of audit trails?

         You will find some scripts / documentation on this posting that can be used to purge these tables. 

    Scripts to purge historical data
