i am attempting to link to

    https://docops.ca.com/ca-detector-for-db2-for-z-os/20/en/getting-started/product-setup/customize-the-product-using-pdt-parmlib

    from inside the detector documentation

    I am receiving

    403 - Forbidden

this rejection has scarred me for life - maybe

    can this be resolved

in the meantime - what are the min . max values for MAXQ I seem to not have gotten an updated Parmlib with an updated PDT which includes a MAXQ entry

    Hi Chris,

    Here's the MAXQ information:

    Limits: 5000 to 120000
    Default:
10000 when COLLTASKSCNT is 4 or less
15000 when COLLTASKSCNT is 5 or greater

Regarding the "forbidden" error you're receiving, are you logged into docops.ca.com? If you are NOT logged in and you try to access a protected page (like this one), you should be prompted to log in. But occasionally there is a hiccup and instead of being prompted, users see an error instead.

    Please try this:

    1. Go to docops.ca.com.

    2. Click Sign In (upper right corner) and enter your CA Support credentials.

    3. Click this link and see if you still get the error:

    https://docops.ca.com/ca-detector-for-db2-for-z-os/20/en/getting-started/product-setup/customize-the-product-using-pdt-p…

Let me know if this doesn't work, and I'll investigate further.

    Regards,

    Lucinda

I was logged in to support and was looking at the doc (I THINK) – or I found a hit for MAXQ and found the link in that search entry – I just don’t remember – but I was signed on

    Hi Chris,

Just to clarify - logging into support doesn't log you into docops (even though you use the same password for both). Can you try the steps I listed above? In the meantime, I'll check the permissions settings on the page you were trying to access.

    Regards,

    Lucinda

I've adjusted the permissions on this page - you shouldn't have any more problems. (But let me know if you do!)
