Automic Workload Automation

The Automic system IS112H is offline.

Even though from the service manager, all is green, I am not able to login to the system with the Admin account or with my personal account.

Therefore I am requesting to have a full restart of the servers for IS112H, that we can reset all the communications.

It seems up now. Let me check if everything is stable and runnable

Even though i restarted the windows agent, it seems the the windows agent are not active. Do we have a network problem ?

I have move this thread and UC112L offline : Windows Agent up or down ?  to the CA Automic Workload Automation to better reach the audience that work with this product.

As for the particular issues, since the agent is showing as "active"/running on the Service Manager but not active in the system overview.   If you go to just one of that window agents TEMP folder and look at the latest logs for that Window Agent, do you see any errors or it complaining about keystore/transfer key?
