Automic Workload Automation

I want to send an text messages notifications (sms)  on a job failure or success instead of email notifications. May i know is there any requirements or limitations for this. Also let me if anyone has dome this before. I want to know if this is possible through UC4 if yes then is it charged for sms?

If you are still looking for help on this.  Can you let us know for what product line you are working with when referring to "UC4" as depending on what product, the answer might differ.

I have searched in automic docs but didn't get any information for sms on mobile only SEND_mail and rest of notification obkects.

Thanks for the information, I will unmark that reply as the "correct" and as you mention "SEND_mail" that appear to be referring to the Automic Engine/Automic Workload Automation product line, I will move this thread to the CA Automic Workload Automation space/section.

As for your question, by default the AE does not have an out of the box function for this but this can still be done.  For example, using the AE to send an email to trigger a sms (with the help from a 3rd party or the phone carrier).

There has been a discussion on the past which talk about using the automation engine & phone call (but it also mention some sms and how other user have accomplish so) that may be relevant for you.
