  • 1.  Iteration Planning Board

    Are there any known issues with the Iteration Planning Board view?  We have one user who has editor access to two projects under our workspace.      When she looks at the Iteration Planning Board she is able to see the data for one of the projects.   When she switches to the other project, the page is blank.    She is using Internet Explorer.  We cleared out the cache.  We rebooted the computer and the problem still exists.

     

    We have not been able to replicate this problem.   All other users are able to see the data for both projects.

    Kathleen,

     

    Can you open the Developer Tools and see if there are any errors when switching the Project?  Also, if the user logs in on another computer than her own, does that make any difference?

     

    It may also be good to have the user open a Support Case so the Support Team can troubleshoot directly with that user.

    Thank you for the prompt response.   I don't have access to Developer Tool.   Can you provide me with link so that the user can open up a support ticket?

    Kathy,

     

    Sure, any CA Agile Central user can simply click on the Support Link at the bottom of the page to be redirected to open a Support Case.  If they use Personalized Navigation, they can access Support by clicking on the question mark in the upper right corner of Agile Central and selecting 'Contact Support'.
