You won't see the specific stories, but instead the cumulative flow data reflects the total stories and points in the iteration over the course of the iteration, so you would see a drop in CardEstimateTotal or CardCount on the last day.
If they are moving stories after the iteration is completed, then you might instead need to use the lookback API (https://rally1.rallydev.com/analytics/doc/ ) to do a query on if stories were moved.
Finally, you could also parse the revision history of the Iteration objects using the RevisionHistory and Revision WSAPI objects to determine what was moved for the iteration.
