    Hello Leo,

    Thanks for your reply.

As suggested I am not getting any httpd file under /etc/sysconfig/.

I tried with lower version of webagent (12.52-sp01-cr02) and still facing the same issue.

    Regards,

    Vivek

    Hi Vivek,

Could you source the environment variable from web_agent_home/ca_wa_env.sh

    . ./ca_wa_env.sh ( Note dot space dot )

    a) Stop Apache

    b) Source the environment variable using . ./ca_wa_env.sh

    c) List the env command and see the siteminder environment variables are set .

    d) Start Apache

    Regards,

    Leo Joseph.

    Hi Vivek,

    Please check below points.

    1. Check that the user running Apache has permissions on the file (httpd.conf)

    2. Check and verify SELinux is disabled or configured properly. For more details refer below KB.

Apache reports "Permission Denied" to load the lib - CA Knowledge

    3. Please run ldd command on the library and check any dependencies are missing?

    ldd /software/bea/CA/webagent/bin/libmod_sm24.so

    4. Check both Webagent.conf and SmHost.conf are having proper permissions.

    5) Check sys log (/var/log/message) for any specific errors related to webagent

    Thanks,
    Sharan

    Hi Sharana,

    Thanks for the reply.

In apache.conf file there were some redundant entries. Which was causing the issue. After removing those entries, I am not facing any issue.

    Thanks for the help.

    Regards,

    Vivek
