    Hi All,

We are using CA Spectrum 10.2 (2 CA Spectro Servers ,2 oneclick Servers, 1 jasper soft for CA spectrum reporting ) in our environment .Currently we are using IP subnet of 192.168.X.X  in our all CA spectrum  servers machines.Recently we did some change in IP addressing and planning  to change CA Spectrum machines  IP addresses from 192.168.X.X to 10.10.X.X(New Subnet).

Please help and suggest  me  on following points:-

1.To change IP address  of CA Spectrum Machines,  which CA doc we need to follow ?

2.Any down time required to complete this activity ?

    3.Any other suggestion .

4.There is any chance of data loss and any other challenges ?

    Regards,

    Ravi

    Hi Ravi ,

    Kindly refer the below docs.

Tech Tip: How to change the hostname and/or IP address of a SpectroSERVER or OneClick server

Note : Before change the Ip ensure the ports are opened to new Ip address towards all Spectrum components and Endpoints .In case if Network devices is there you need to update IP in ACL too.
