What permissions does the user you are trying to login has ? Are you able to login to IM Console?

Hi Phani,
The problem is when i open UMP site, UMP directly shows messages like that, no login field (username and password).
But After I restart wasp probe, no any longer messages like that and UMP can be loggin again.
