I see in the APM 10.7 compatibility guide that the SharePoint supported versions are 2007 and 2010.  We are on version 2016.  Has this version been tested w/ the 10.7 SP Agent?  Is there any plan to support this version and if so, when?

    Hi Polly,

Yes, currently the official SharePoint support is 2007/2010 for all OS and 2013 for Win2012/Win2012R2:
    https://pcm.ca.com/dyntbl.php?search=sharepoint&mod=pclink&op=Search&solution=grp-APM&version=APM%3B10.7%3Bx&os_version=&jvm_version=&appserver_version=&compat_target=&dosearch=yes&solution=grp-APM&version=APM%3B10.7%3Bx&op=Search&dosearch=yes&submit=Search

That also goes back to the earliest 10.x agents

I have posted a question on one of our internal forums to ask if there are any firm plans to support SharePoint 2016. I will let you know in due course.

(Searching our case database I found one customer who had installed a 10.x SharePoint agent with the 2016 version. I also have not found any reported problems)

    Regards,

    Lynn

    Hello Polly,

I have just checked with Saroj from CA APM QA team, he confirmed that SharePoint 2016 is not supported and there is no plan as of now

I suggest you to open an idea in CA Communities, if possible, please include the business impact and severity.

    Thank you,

    Sergio
