Hi,

I am unable to deploy the CDM probe (5.61 and 5.80) on to a windows 2012 server 64 bit .I get the below message

"Permission denied .received status 6 on response (for sendRcv) for cmd = 'inst_execute'

Did any one face similar issue?Any pointers would be helpful

Do you experience the same with the latest version, 6.30?

Do you try to distribute it on a hub or on a robot?

Is there plenty of free space at the target drive?

Found a similar error ,but it is for UMP alarms.Have a look

Is this a new installed robot or is it a cloned one? If it's cloned, please uninstall it and do a fresh install, then try again to distribute the cdm probe.

It's not a cloned server.

It's not a new installation ...i have tried to uninstall nimsoft it says successfully uninstalled but i am still able to see the old probes folders that is cdm in the nimsoft folder on the server?can i delete this nimsoft folder (does this affect the registry keys on the server?)and try to reinstall the robot again?

I think that the uninstallation of nimsoft is not happening successfully ..

When unistalling a robot is recommended to completely remove the \nimsoft directory after you run the uninstaller. Once the \nimsoft directory is gone you can reinstall the robot. Please do this and check if it allows you to distribute the cdm probe correctly. Also, as advised previously, please distribute the latest cdm release: 6.30.
