Hi.
I'm assuming this only concerns the recently aquired Automic offices. But when I call extensions in some offices (e.g. the Waldorf offices at +49 6105 9667-something), and nobody happens to pick up the phone, there is a voice message that says:
"Cisco Unified Messaging. If you know the extension of the person you wish to speak to ..."
Well, apart from the fact that I already dialed an extension, and the fact that when I dial the extension at the voice prompt once more, I occasionally end up with a surprised CA employee somewhere else on the planet (which may or may not have been a case of extensions being assigned twice) - can anything be done to customize the voice prompt itself?
I mean, for a company like CA, the public-facing voice message should probably reassure prospective callers that they did in fact call CA, and possibly confirm the name of the employee whose extension one has dialed, instead of merely informing the caller (without any salutation no less) about the maker of the PBX system.
Just my €0.02
Cheers,
Carsten
