Hi All,

Can you please let me know whether there is any way in CA PPM 14.2 to see when Documents have been added/deleted from Collaboration tab folders of a project in Clarity. As far as I have seen from the Clarity tables, only creation and update histories of a file or a version of a file are present along with the folders. But can we also check when a particular document has been deleted from a particular folder in Collaboration tab of a project in Clarity.

Hi Jeevan,

I had previously gone through both the threads that you have mentioned above. Both the threads mentions how the permissions can be controlled or how the users' accesses can be provided in a controlled manner to a specific folder based on the requirement. Also by going through some of the comments it seems that in Clarity there is no such way to find out who have deleted a particular file and at what time the files have been deleted. I want to get this confirmed that the deletion histories are not being stored in Clarity.

Hi Ranajit, 

I have also never heard that there is a way how you can track the "Deleted By" or something like that in PPM, unlike "Created By" and "Last Updated By" or "Modified By". Hope that helps.
