  • 1.  Execution time exceeded threshold  in smps logs

    We are getting the below info message continuously in smps logs (PS 12.7).

     

    This is getting logged in weird pattern when there is no load on Policy Server.

     

    [19046/140108007208704][Tue Sep 11 2018 08:43:25][CServer.cpp:6371][INFO][sm-log-00000] Execution time exceeded threshold. (CServer::ProcessRequest, 70759, 5000)


    Can somebody help here

    I have already checked this KB article.

    The issue is how we can check whether it has an impact if there will be more traffic on Policy Server.

    Is it related to load as Execution time of function will more than 5000?

    Alok, You can either user this: Siteminder Policy Trace Analysis to analyze/ understand where the delays are happening during execution w.r.t. load, or open a Support ticket to get detailed assistance.
