    This is a reminder regarding the CA Business Intelligence JasperReports Server License File Update for CA PPM announcement that was posted in April 2018.

     

    CA PPM On Premise customers who are on CA Business Intelligence JasperReports Server v6.2.1 or below, and have not applied Jaspersoft patch 6.2.1_5.2.1.4, will have their Jaspersoft Server license file expire in October 2018.

    Sadly I missed this reminder and got hit by the expired license, but just wanted to chime in to anyone else that runs in to this, fix was super simple and detailed in the linked announcement, just log in to support and download the new file, copy it to the approriate dir and restart tomcat.

    Since this thread didn't come up when I searched, I wanted to add the error that users will see to help others find the answer: "Invalid license. Enterprise Commercial license expired on 10/1/18"
