Sadly I missed this reminder and got hit by the expired license, but just wanted to chime in to anyone else that runs in to this, fix was super simple and detailed in the linked announcement, just log in to support and download the new file, copy it to the approriate dir and restart tomcat.
Since this thread didn't come up when I searched, I wanted to add the error that users will see to help others find the answer: "Invalid license. Enterprise Commercial license expired on 10/1/18"
