  • 1.  CA PM - Thresholds profiles based on business hours

    Is there a way to associate Threshold profiles in CA PM to business hours / calendars ..something similar to what we have in eHealth ?

    This capability does not exist at this point.  See these two Ideas:

     

    Business Hours in Event Notifications 

    Apply Business Hours to Thresholds

    Thanks Troy, I missed to check these ideas . This is a functionality which existing in a solution which was built more than 15 years back (eHealth). Surprised to see we don't have it in one of the latest once
