hi I was using ca ppm working properly and then after installing open work bench when I open my appserver on the browser it returns a blank screen but the csa is working fine, I have uninstalled the workbench still I face the same issue

    I have started,restarted all the services and uninstalled open work bench

    still the same issue

    Are you trying to install Open Work Bench in the PPM Server where the PPM application is installed.

     

    Install the scheduler client Open Work Bench in your local machine and access the PPM Application.

     

    Go to CSA and check the Installation status is shows as complete and check whether  the Database is available.

     

    Clear your browser caches and try accessing the PPM application again.

     

    Check if there are any errors reported in app-ca.log.

    I have clear the cache and the status is available, installtion is complete but still I face the same issue, 

    I have done this commands hoping it might work

    service stop remove all
    service add app bg nsa beacon
    service deploy all
    service start all

     

    still ricieve the same error

    Try a different browser.

    Are you by any chance using NVIDIA display card?

    I am not using NVIDIA

    Plus I have tried firefox, explorer, chrome same error 

    I also tried chenging  ports

    I am thinking to uninstall and reinstall again

    Try accessing the application URL from other  machines and check for app-ca.log for any errors.

    browser issue

    Nvidia Edge bug in Windows issue

     

    As it started in one PC trying your ID another PC and another ID in your PC would limit it further to your ID or your PC.

    PPM login screen was appeared?  or login screen was blank screen?

    If you get blank screen after login PPM, your PPM Home Page maybe corrupted.

    Please check other page can be appeared. 

     

    For example, please try to display project list by following steps.

    1. specify project list URL like as below into your browser URL field

        http://<your PPM server>/niku/nu#action:mainnav.work&classCode=project 

    2. click enter key. It will display project list directly.

     

    If project list is appeared completely, your PPM Home Page maybe corrupted.

    I could not find the right solution to this issue I ended up uninstalling CA PPM without indimidating the database , making the same settings when installing like the previous installation .

    then everything worked fine all the settings , projects , resources ,etc is working fine

    So you uninstalled and reinstalled CA PPM on the server, because you could not access that on a workstation?

    Did you try OWB after that?

    but I am trying to use get I get this am not sure maybe I may have done something wrong any suggestions

    To validate gel script, please use the following syntax.

     

    >gel -script hello.xml -validate
