How can we get surveys answers in xtraction dashboard submitted by the end users? does xtraction support this?

Xtraction supports everything. The question is : do you have the correct connector for it.

If no, do you understand how xtraction works and if yes, are you able to write the SQL query to get the surveys?

If you have the standard CA Service Management connector, surveys are under CA Service Desk admin

Check the log on the xtraction server! I can't do anything otherwise.

Hi,

Check the xtraction logs in which you will able to see whether it's a timeout error or datasource. There might be the case your query gives more results. If in that case then either you have to add more filter to reduce the result of rows or increase the timeout of application as well as sqlquery timeout.
