By default the created by field is not available in DWH for any custom object in CA PPM. What is the best mechanism to add Created by and Last Updated by fields in DWH so that it will update in DWH automatically when Load data ware house job finishes?
One way I was thinking of adding columns for these two fields in Clarity DWH tables i.e. DWH_ODF_<custom_object_id> for this custom object and then run custom SQL script to update these two fields. But then I have to take this step for all the custom as well OOTB objects...? Please advise!
Also I have observed that Created by and Last Updated fields for custom objects are marked as Virtual field in Object's attributes page. Why is these marked as Virtual when these fields are available in same ODF_CA_<custom_object_id> table? I was just thinking out loud if these are really virtual field and are there any other tables where these information are stored in CA PPM database and which are getting updated in DWH on completion of DWH job?
Any quick help in this regard will be really appreciable.
