Clarity

I'm trying to run the Project or Program Roadmap report and after selecting the values I'm looking for and clicking on Apply, I get a message "no matching records were found"  

My group by values are:  Manager, Program, Project.  

When I switch to:

Program, Project, Manager  OR

Project, Manager, Program

I receive the same "no matching records were found" message.

It's only when I select:  Project, Manager and No Grouping that I receive data and it's not much data at all.

Any ideas as to what the problem could be?  Is there a different report I can run that will show me Project and Program Roadmap info?

Looks like you might be missing or may be some filter condition in report resulting in No matching record. Also check Access Rights For Roadmaps to confirm if you have proper access over road map as well.

FYI, this reports fetches data from project schedules and plots the milestones in Gantt for the time frame selected in parameters.

Prashank.Singh - This report doesn't fetch information from Roadmap Object, rather this should be utilized to report on project or program level milestones in the schedule.
