    Good day:

How can I make a full week's performance report of the CA PAM nodes?

    Greetings.

    Hi Juan,

I am not exactly sure what you mean by "Performance Report".

I assume that you are talking about the system hardware performance (ram %, CPU Utilization, HDD Space, etc...). If that is the case, then there is currently no way to get the report you are looking for. The only system performance we normally provide is the current status listed on the Dashboard page. If for some reason you absolutely need info on this, we do keep some performance snapshots that Broadcom support could review if you open a ticket with us. Unfortunately, these are located in the encrypted logs.bin file and customers are not able to access the contents of that diagnostic file without support assistance. If you are using VM appliances you may be able to gather the required info from your hypervisor. If for some reason you need PAM to be able to provide reports then this would be considered an enhancement request and you could open an Idea here on the communities to submit that request.

If you are talking about some other type of performance, like how many account password updates were performed for example, then depending on the stats you are looking for the built-in reports may help. See the doc link below for info on the reports we do offer:

Available Credential Manager Reports - CA Privileged Access Manager - 3.2.3 - CA Technologies Documentation

    Good day:

I am talking about the CA PAM system report "CPU, RAM, HD", but you tell me that there is no default report.

    Regards

If such a report is important to you please create an Enhancement Request as an Idea in the PAM Community.
