  • 1.  Announcement of Limited Support for CA Harvest for atleast 1 week starting February 18th, 2019

    Hello All,

     

    As you might be aware, CA Technologies has been acquired by Broadcom Inc. As part of post-acquisition infrastructure consolidation, our Build machines are being relocated to other locations starting 18th February, 2019 and the move will last atleast 1 week.

     

    During this time frame, we will not be having access to the Build and Support machines. That said, CA Harvest Support will still be functional during this time and will be able to provide limited support.

     

    We are making alternate arrangements for hosting our product so that we can provide limited support around replications, workaround suggestions and static code analysis. Since it is an alternate arrangement we will not be having access to code debug utilities and any issue that might need in-depth code debug analysis might get delayed by atleast 1 week. 

     

    If any planned upgrade is scheduled during the week of Feb 18, we kindly request you to postpone it by a week for the CA /Broadcom build machine infrastructure to be restored and become fully functional. This is only a precautionary measure should any situation arise where you may need our immediate support and prevent down time.

     

     As always, we will continue to help make your business successful, in spite of this temporary inconvenience.

    Hi All,

     

    Due to some unforeseen technical issues Infrastructure relocation is not happing this week.

    Tentatively it would be from 4th March – 11th March.

    Infrastructure consolidation is planned from 1 March – 11 March 2019.

    You may get limited support during this time frame as mentioned earlier.

    Again due to some technical issues relocation of infrastructure is on hold temporarily.

    It would be sometime in April 1st or 2nd weeks.

    We will update you on this once it is confirmed.

     

    Our support will continue as it is.
