Clarity

Does anyone have any guidance, insight or best practices for integrating Jira with Clarity PPM?  I am looking at solutions for this right now.  In addition, if you have input on this...do you have any insight into applications that are used by your developers on top of the Jira for the agile teams?  (i.e. GitHub)  Thanks in advance.

Just to add to this jleonerego, one of the bigger challenges is the lack of governance and/or the ability to influence in this area.  So that being said, trying to provide a solution that will be engaging to the end users is really the driving force here.  Engagement for the end users to provide data for the executives.....and - GO!

Your peers are going through the same thing.  

In the end, these integrations come down to business case.  It's not about the plumbing the products together (that's the easy part.)  You are mixing two very different development cultures. Determine a business outcome that both teams get "wins" from is key to adoption.
