Clarity

  • 1.  Populate button Clarity 13.2

    Hi,

    Couple of user's in Clarity 13.2, when they click on Populate button, it is not populating their time sheets.

    I have checked their setup in Clarity, and this has not changed in any way.

    What could be the possible cause of this.?

    Check if they have been assigned to any investment tasks. Also, check if they have filled in previous timesheet.

    Populate action usually does: populate assigned tasks/copy time entries from previous timesheet.
