    I want to configure SMS notification for new request(from spectrum).

    Please suggest if there an method for the same.

    Hi Sandip,

     

    I think you'll find just about every possible way to implement SMS notification covered here:

    Need to configure SMS notification in servicedesk 

     

    If you specify a particular request area for Spectrum and use that request area in the template that you use for Spectrum requests, you can attach the SMS notification to an 'Initial' activity notification with a condition specifying just that request area.
