I'm trying to identify user stories whose name does not contain the string "_Support".

So I wrote a query: (Name !contains "_Support")

The problem is that it is also filtering out any user story containing  "support" (even when it doesn't have an underscore before the support word). Any idea?

Is rally ignoring underscores in string fields when querying/filtering?

It's not ignoring it, however the _ is considered a wild card character for that one position.
