    Hello Guys,

we have few issues when we are opening SOI with context. Did anybody see similar error message when open oneclick.jnlp with context? I would like to know your opinion, before I will open the ticket.

We are getting the same issue. Hoewever, this far the occurence of this is not that much, hence no issue logged yet.

Anyone ever figure this out? My NOC team is getting this every day they are saying? I never get it...

I think I figured it out. NOC users were trying to login with there "userid" but since it's case sensitive they needed to login with "UserID" and then it worked. I'm not 100% if that's when it was happening but the folks who were complaining I looked at the UI Client logs and noticed failed login then valid logins when using proper case user ID.

    Thanks Michael for responding...

    HI Daniel,

I cannot confirm your assumption, that this issue is related to a case sensitive "userid".

I always log in to SOI in the same way (all digits in lower case) and sometimes I get the same error as mentioned in the initial question. Most times, another try is successful. However we have several users mentioning this issue.

MichaelBoehm: We have this issue now for about two months in customer environment. It occurs after entering the credentials in the login prompt, once the OC console was started via SOI Admin dashboard.

    Rene

    Hi Rene and Dan,

can you please specify in which way the users open the console:

Do they use locally stored jnlp-files or do they open the console via the link on the dashboard?

I am asking because I found some old issues related to this when opening the console via jnlp-files.

If this situation is causing issues, please open a Support ticket for follow up.

    Hi Michael,

unfortunately I do not know in which way the other users open the console.

In my case, I opened the console via the link on the admin dashboard.

However it is not a big problem as after several tries the console opens, but I was curious, if someone knows the reason for this.

    Hi Michael,

Yeah its not an issue any longer since its case sensitive and folks just have to learn to enter their UserID the right way.
