    Hi all,

    i have installed the Mail Integration Agent on AE system (12.2) .

    All objects have been created correctly (MAILAGENT host, CONNECTION, TEMPLATE..), but agent end for license error:
    "U00034036 There is no valid license for Agent 'MAILAGENT01' (license class '1', license category '*unknown*', platform 'EX.RA')."
    What kind of license is required?

    Hi

    Could I ask where you found the mail agent?

    Up to now, this has been a services offering so required the EX.RA license on implementation.

    It is planned it will become a standard technology node going forward.

    Hi David,
    my Account Manager provide me the Mail Agent solution to install.

    In the involved AE system there are other "EX.RA" active license (EX.RA.FTP, EX.RA.Webservices..).

    There is a dedicated license also for the mailagent?
