My role here at CA

My role at CA requires strengths in fostering colleagues to challenge themselves and build up their own skill sets for support as well as collaborate with other support colleagues for the benefit of CA customers. I continue to provide best in class support utilizing my keen soft skills when dealing with our customers. I also provide extensive knowledge on navigating internal resources  here at CA so that those that need the best, get the best.



I believe that customer loyalty is achieved by commending our customers on their efforts to alert us to problems in our current knowledge resources. At the same time, when we remain open to their ideas on how to make our products better, and how support can be improved, we foster loyalty to CA and adoption of our corporate strategy.
