We regularly have required training. This happens in almost all jobs at almost all companies. I have two thoughts on this.
#1 Embrace it. It's not going to go away. Set aside a block of time on your calendar and tackle it. Even if you have to move that block of time around, or break it up, it's a regular reminder to get it done.
#2 Don't procrastinate. "Required Training" is 'required' for a reason. The sooner you get it done, the sooner you can benefit from it.
We've all seen instances where intentions are such to complete the training by the deadline, but something comes up and prevents it from being done. Don't let that happen to you!
