Just a thought......
I just sat down and dashed out a quick blog about something I did this week that made me think. How many times do we encounter some new dynamic in a conversation or situation with a customer that realy worked? It could be a new approach, phrase, idea or even the direction you took a conversation. It could be someting new applied to and old situation or the reverse. Whatever it was, it goes to the back of your mind and you will pull it out again an again. Why? Because it worked!
