ERROR:

Unable to open CA SDM Web Client. Already Service manager service is started and running.

 

 

AHD04407:CA Service Desk Manager html generation error. Could not find or process 'login.htmpl'.

 

 

AHD04714:Unable to open file login.htmpl at ?: No such file or directory (2) userid=

AHD04407:Erro na geração do html do CA Service Desk Manager. Não foi possível encontrar nem processar 'login.htmpl'.

 

AHD04714:Não foi possível abrir o arquivo login.htmpl em ?: Permission denied (13) userid=

SOLUTION:

 

1. Check your files

 

C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\Service Desk Manager\bopcfg\www\htmpl\default

 

$NX_ROOT\bopcfg\www\htmpl\default

default_htmpl.png

2. try to open page in another browser (or in compatibility mode if you're running IE).

1) Go to Administration

2) Security and Role Management > Role Management > Role List

3) Click on the Role > Additional Information > Web Interface > Web User Interface Type

4) Set the option to something different than <none>

5) Save changes

6) Try to reproduce the issue
